The new CUSIP number is 87311 M 102, effective with the company's name change to TXCO Resources Inc. in May 2007.
6. Does TXCO pay dividends?
No. TXCO has never declared or paid any cash dividends on
its Common Stock. The Company does not expect to pay any cash
dividends with respect to its Common Stock in the foreseeable
future.
7. When is your next annual meeting
of stockholders?
The 2008 annual meeting has been scheduled for 10 a.m. CDT Friday, May 30, 2008, at the Petroleum Club of San Antonio.
