TXCO Resources Schedules Two Conference Webcasts

SAN ANTONIO – February 11, 2008 – TXCO Resources Inc. (Nasdaq:TXCO) today announced it will webcast two upcoming investor conference presentations by Vice President-Capital Markets Roberto R. Thomae:

• The Independent Petroleum Association of America’s Oil & Gas Investment Symposium-Small Cap, set for Feb. 12-14 in Hollywood, Fla. Mr. Thomae’s presentation is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. EST (12:30 p.m. CST) Wednesday, Feb. 13.
• The Oilservice and International E&P Conference™ VI, sponsored by EnerCom Inc., set for Feb. 21-22 in San Francisco. Mr. Thomae’s presentation is scheduled to start at 3:35 p.m. PST (5:35 p.m. CST) Thursday, Feb. 21.

Both webcasts will be available live via the Internet on TXCO’s Web site at www.txco.com/presentation.html and will be archived for future reference.
